TUGRA RESIDENCES
The Tuğra Housing development in Lüleburgaz, comprising 40 apartments and 4 retail units, was designed on the principle of removing all vehicle traffic to basement level, leaving the ground plane for pedestrian use and greenery. The three blocks and six apartment types each feature generous L-shaped balconies opening from the living room and kitchen, giving each unit its own semi-private outdoor space. These balconies preserve privacy while sustaining openness and draw natural light and air into the interior.
