TERMOMAKINA PRODUCTION CAMPUS

The Termomakina Production Campus is a comprehensive industrial complex located within the Düzce Organized Industrial Zone, consisting of administrative offices, production halls, a cafeteria, and a guesthouse.

Throughout the design process, functional organization, production efficiency, and structural safety were established as the main design criteria. Given that Düzce is situated in a first-degree seismic zone, extensive structural analyses and cost–time evaluations led to the selection of a steel structural system for the building.

This decision not only enhanced structural resilience but also accelerated construction and enabled flexible planning of large-span production areas.

The architectural language emphasizes functionality, simplicity, and structural clarity. The campus was designed as a modern, durable, and environmentally responsive industrial facility that fully meets the requirements of contemporary manufacturing processes.
