PNK STORAGE FACILITY

The PNK Storage Facility is a high-capacity logistics warehouse and distribution center designed for PNK Company. The project features a two-story building with 72 loading dock doors and a 44,440 m² storage area, planned to accommodate advanced logistics operations.

The administrative offices are strategically positioned at the corners of the warehouse block, creating a visual connection with the operational areas while maintaining independent access for management units. This layout ensures a balanced and efficient spatial organization between the administrative and logistics functions.

The design emphasizes functionality, structural efficiency, and modular planning principles. Through a BIM-based design process, production, storage, and distribution workflows were fully coordinated in a digital environment — providing significant advantages in construction speed, cost control, and sustainability.

In conclusion, the project represents a contemporary industrial complex that meets the requirements of modern logistics architecture — efficient, scalable, and technologically optimized in both design and operation.
