NESKAR GM SALES AND SERVICE BUILDING

Located on the Istanbul–Bursa ring road, the Neskar GM Sales and Service Building is a multi-brand automotive complex serving General Motors brands Opel, Chevrolet, and Saab. Comprising 7,500 m² enclosed and 12,000 m² open area across four main zones — service area, vehicle reception, offices, and support spaces — the modular layout enabled functional separation and project completion in three months. Wide glazed surfaces foregrounding brand identities and structural simplicity define the façade.
