NESKAR GM SALES AND SERVICE BUILDING

The Neskar GM Sales and Service Building is a multi-brand automotive sales and service complex located on the Istanbul–Bursa highway, approximately 15 km from the city center. The facility serves the Opel, Chevrolet, and Saab brands under the General Motors group.

With a total of 7,500 m² of enclosed area and 12,000 m² of open space, the building is organized into four main components: service area, vehicle reception zone, office units, and support facilities. This modular building configuration enabled both functional separation and the completion of construction within just three months.

In the design, emphasis was placed on a facade composition that reflects the identity of each brand, transparent glass surfaces that ensure visual openness, and structural simplicity. The interior spaces were designed to achieve functional efficiency, clear circulation flows, and effective use of natural light.

As a result, the project stands as an example of a contemporary industrial building that reflects the dynamic nature of the automotive sector, while ensuring functionality, rapid constructability, and architectural clarity.
