LIBYAN EUROPE HOSPITAL
The Libya European Hospital in Benghazi was planned with the medical consultancy of Frankfurt-based m4h – Management for Health GmbH to address the structural need for internationally accredited healthcare in the region. The project was developed to comply with UK Health Building Note (HBN) standards — placing it among the few projects K2 has delivered to international accreditation requirements outside Turkey. The 22,000 m² facility with a 269-bed capacity accommodates inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and support services within a single integrated scheme. Beyond architecture, K2 led MEP coordination and medical equipment layout planning in a fully BIM-integrated environment.
