KOCAELI INTEGRATED HEALTH CAMPUS

The Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus, constructed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health by the Türkerler – Gama Joint Venture, occupies a 368,000 m² site with a total built-up area of 335,600 m² and a capacity of 1,186 beds. The campus comprises:

• 414-bed General Hospital,
• 246-bed Maternity Hospital,
• 124-bed Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital,
• 116-bed Oncology Hospital,
• 100-bed Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital,
• 100-bed High-Security Forensic Psychiatry Hospital.

Within the scope of this project, our firm, in collaboration with San Medikal Consulting Ltd., prepared the medical equipment layout plans in a BIM environment. Approximately 400 different room types were developed in accordance with national and international healthcare design standards, ensuring a comprehensive integration of medical equipment and spatial coordination throughout the facility.
