İZMİR INTEGRATED HEALTH CAMPUS

The İzmir Integrated Health Campus is being constructed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health by the Türkerler – Gama Joint Venture. The project covers a land area of 623,000 m², with a total construction area of 573,000 m² and a capacity of 2,060 beds. The complex consists of:

• 4715-bed General Hospital,
• 4424-bed Maternity and Gynecology Hospital,
• 4380-bed Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital,
• 4141-bed Oncology Hospital,
• 4300-bed Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital,
• 4100-bed High-Security Forensic Psychiatry Hospital

Within the scope of the project, our company, in collaboration with San Medikal Consulting Ltd., prepared the medical equipment layout plans in the BIM environment. The work was carried out in accordance with national and international healthcare standards, creating approximately 400 different room types designed to ensure optimized integration between medical equipment and spatial organization.
