GM SALES AND SERVICE BUILDING

The General Motors Sales and Service Building was designed in St. Petersburg as a modern automotive complex that brings together the brand’s sales and after-sales service functions under one roof.

The main design goals were to maximize the penetration of natural daylight into the building and to organize the showroom areas according to pedestrian and vehicle access directions. In line with these objectives, the building mass was shaped through principles of functional orientation, transparency, and spatial integrity.

In the façade design, a contemporary architectural expression dominated by glass surfaces was adopted, emphasizing the brand identity while achieving a dynamic and inviting architectural language.

As a result, the project embodies the technological and corporate character of General Motors, offering a functional, bright, and user-oriented example of showroom and service architecture.
