GEBZE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

The Gebze Residential Complex Project was designed as a housing development integrated with nature, located near Akfırat Village. The project comprises approximately 70 villas ranging from 250 to 350 m², along with social facilities and sports areas, forming a cohesive residential site concept.

The site layout was developed in accordance with the topographical features of the terrain, organizing the residences into two main zones around a recreational valley. This approach optimizes both scenic orientation and privacy for each dwelling.

The residential floor plans are based on flexible spatial schemes capable of accommodating different user needs. Each villa establishes a direct relationship with the ground through terraces and pool areas, offering a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience.

In terms of architectural expression, natural materials, horizontal mass balance, and simple forms harmonizing with the landscape were prioritized. The project stands as an example of modern residential architecture that connects contemporary living with the natural environment.
