EKİNLER CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS PRODUCTION AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

The Ekinler Construction Chemicals Production and Administration Building is designed as an integrated industrial facility located in the Adana Organized Industrial Zone, accommodating both production halls and administrative units within a unified architectural composition.

With a total enclosed area of 4,000 m², the facility includes 3,200 m² of production halls and 800 m² of administrative spaces. The planning of the complex prioritizes continuity of production processes, efficiency of logistic flow, and employee comfort as its main design criteria.

The structural system is configured to enable wide-span production areas, while the administrative block is positioned to establish both visual and physical connectivity with the production zones. This arrangement enhances operational coordination and ensures spatial unity across the complex.

In terms of architectural expression, the design emphasizes simple forms, functional proportions, and material honesty, resulting in a building that reflects the modern industrial character and corporate identity of the company.
