CETIN APARTMENT – ERENKOY

Çetin Apartment is a multi-storey residential project located on Bağdat Avenue, one of Istanbul’s most prestigious residential axes. Each floor features two different apartment layouts, designed with a focus on modern and comfortable urban living.

In the architectural approach, facade proportions, material selection, and balcony arrangements were designed to establish a sense of scale harmonious with the surrounding urban fabric. The interior spaces emphasize maximum use of natural light, flexible plan solutions, and horizontal spatial continuity.

The project has been conceived as a simple, contemporary, and user-oriented residential building that contributes to the architectural identity of Bağdat Avenue.
