BALIKESIR – BANDIRMA EDUCATION CAMPUS – FIRST PRIZE AWARD

The M.E.B Balıkesir–Bandırma Education Campus was awarded the 1st Prize in the National Architectural Design Competition organized by the Ministry of National Education. The project was conceived as a large-scale educational campus designed for 10,000 users, emphasizing the integration of contemporary education and social life.

The campus includes:
• Educational Blocks,
• Dormitories,
• Indoor Sports and Swimming Hall,
• Cafeteria,
• Cultural Center,
• Science Center,
• Library,
• Social Facilities,
• Place of Worship,
• Kindergarten,
and extensive outdoor sports areas.

With a total construction area of 120,000 m², the project was designed as a comprehensive campus combining educational, cultural, sports, and social functions within a unified layout. The architectural approach focuses on enhancing student interaction, promoting the use of open spaces, and adhering to sustainable design principles.
