AKAR SHIPPING ÇAMLICA HEADQUARTERS BUILDING

This 2,500 m² project involved the renovation and conversion of two existing buildings in Çamlıca into offices, establishing a contemporary corporate identity while retaining the original structure. A spatial programme aligned with the firm's organisational structure and operational needs was implemented through structural and architectural modifications. The design aimed for a clean, functional atmosphere reflecting the maritime sector's identity, with emphasis on natural light, transparent partitioning, and flexible workspaces. The project exemplifies adaptive reuse through the principles of convertibility and sustainability.
