AKAR RESIDENCES
The Akar Housing development in Tekirdağ, 30 apartments, was carefully configured to maximise sea views for all units. Blocks were positioned in response to natural topography and view orientation, optimising visual comfort, privacy, and natural light for each apartment. Simple geometries and balanced façade proportions develop a contemporary residential language, offering a tranquil living atmosphere in harmony with nature and its views.
