3M DAMMAM MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Designed for international technology company 3M in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, this factory comprises two production blocks: one for healthcare hygiene products and one for electronic components, connected by a central administrative mass. Meeting sterile production requirements across both programmes established the core technical constraints, directing the design to prioritise process continuity, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency. Developed through BIM coordination, the project delivers compliance with international industrial standards and structural flexibility for future expansion.
