GEBZE RESIDENCES

It is a residence project near the Akfırat village, containing social facilities, sport fields and 70 villas, which sizes of the areas ranging from 250qm to 350qm. The settlement had been planned in two section around the recreation valley considering the topography properties into account. Housing plans have flexible schemes that can provide different demands. The residences are integrated via terraces and pools with ground.
